CYBERSECURITY SERVICES PORTFOLIO MANAGER (HYBRID)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid work

Seniority: mid to senior (5 years or more)

Working model: Hybrid (60% remote; 40% in person)

Location: Lisbon or Porto  

Languages: Portuguese (C1) | English

A Product/Portfolio Manager with solid experience in Cybersecurity or IT Managed Services, ready to drive innovation, strengthen our market presence, and support the growth of our strategic offerings.

Requirements (must be clearly visible in the CV)

  • Proven experience in portfolio or product management, preferably within Cybersecurity or IT Managed Services.
  • Strong expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, product lifecycle management, and the marketing mix.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Delivery).
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business growth.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Daily Tasks

  • Oversee and optimize the performance of existing Cybersecurity and Managed Services offerings.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to support product delivery and evolution.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of GTM strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Define and align value propositions and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Participate in both internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Support the launch and scaling of strategic Cybersecurity and Managed Services offerings.
