Description

We are looking for a Digital Acceleration Consultant to join our extended team and lead the Digital QuickWins product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business units across the globe to identify and implement innovative digital solutions tailored to specific organizational needs. As a key contributor to the Digital QuickWins initiative, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital solutions, primarily leveraging Agile methodologies and Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and others.

• Key Deliverables

• Ensure effective and efficient management of project scope, deadlines, budget, and quality
• Develop and maintain project plans covering execution, communication, risk management, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee financial execution in alignment with project delivery
• Manage stakeholder relationships through clear and assertive communication
• Prepare project reports and management dashboards to support informed decision-making

• Main Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across platforms and geographies to foster digital transformation
• Engage business units and employees to identify digital opportunities, challenges, and potential new solutions
• Gather detailed requirements and craft clear, comprehensive project briefs
• Manage the entire lifecycle of selected initiatives, including partner selection, proposal review, meeting coordination, and final delivery
• Use Power BI and Jira to monitor and report on the annual Digital QuickWins project pipeline

• Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and removing obstacles
• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge of the energy sector
• Fluency in Spanish
• Project Manager (valued certifications)

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools and experience with design thinking methodology
