Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong proficiency in Python and PySpark to work on maintenance and development projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both technologies and a solid background in backend engineering.

Responsibilities

✅ Maintain and develop software solutions.
✅ Investigate, design, and implement solutions for existing technical challenges.
✅ Provide technical guidance and leadership to a development team, ensuring project goals are met.
✅ Work independently on technical solutions, collaborating with customers and third-party service providers.
✅ Proactively address problems and challenges, ensuring open communication.
✅ Engage in discussions with stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements.

Must-Have Requirements

🎓 University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
🔹 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer with strong Python coding skills.
🔹 Extensive experience in PySpark or similar frameworks.
🔹 Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
🔹 Strong ability to organize and document technical solutions.
🔹 Passion for optimizing systems and processes.
🔹 Excellent communication skills (oral & written), collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Result-oriented mindset.

Scope of Work / Services
