TEST MANAGER / PROJECTS (HYBRID)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid work

Locations: Lisbon - Portugal

Working Model: Hybrid (2 to 3 days/weeks)

Language Requirements: Portuguese fluent and english C1/C2 / Spanish (nice to have)

We’re seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage critical projects and lead large QA teams (10+ members). This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in the client’s QA framework.

Role Highlights:

  • Lead large teams (10+ members) and manage critical projects
  • Define and implement test strategies, oversee compliance, and drive risk mitigation
  • Promote continuous improvement of the client’s QA framework

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in QA, testing, or related fields
  • Proven background in technical leadership and stakeholder management
  • ISTQB Advanced certification and familiarity with Agile practices are expected
  • MUST have at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing teams

Languages:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Spanish (preferred)
