A leading international project within the Automotive Tech sector is looking for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in the Warranty domain to support a major CRM transformation initiative.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about bridging business and technology, driving process improvements, and delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of warranty-related functionalities from legacy platforms into Salesforce CRM;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to define business requirements, specifications, and KPIs;
- Act as the main liaison between business users and technical teams;
- Drive the project from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities;
- Organize training sessions with impacted teams and validate adoption effectiveness;
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably within the Warranty or aftersales domain;
- Experience in CRM transformation, migration, or implementation projects;
- Strong understanding of complaints and case management processes.
Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and customer service processes;
- Ability to create:
- Business requirements;
- Functional specifications;
- User stories;
- Process flows;
- Acceptance criteria.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Data migration concepts;
- Reporting & dashboards;
- KPI definition and monitoring;
- System integrations.
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Service Cloud / CRM
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Case & complaint management tools
- Data migration and reporting fundamentals
- Integrations & UAT processes
- Tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
