DATA ANALYST & DASHBOARD DESIGNER (HYBRID LISBON OR PORTO)

About the Opportunity

A major international player in the financial and cybersecurity sector is expanding its teams in Portugal to strengthen initiatives related to IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and Digital Fraud Prevention.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly strategic environment focused on cyber resilience, data-driven security management, and enterprise risk monitoring across multiple international entities.

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst & Dashboard Designer passionate about Data Visualization, ETL processes, and Cybersecurity Analytics to lead end-to-end dashboard initiatives supporting cybersecurity risk management.

You will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced dashboarding and analytical solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Identify and define KPIs for cybersecurity risk management dashboards
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using ETL tools
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions
• Work with Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, and PostgreSQL
• Apply statistical analysis and leverage Machine Learning concepts to identify patterns and correlations
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Improve data quality, governance, and dashboard usability
• Manage multiple projects with autonomy and strong time-management skills
• Collaborate with multicultural and distributed teams

Technical Requirements

✅ Experience as a Data Analyst / Dashboard Designer

✅ Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, and PostgreSQL ✅ Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data modeling

✅ Knowledge of Data Visualization best practices

✅ Basic Python skills

✅ Understanding of algorithms and analytics concepts is a plus

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
