FUNCTIONAL ANALYST ERP (HYBRID)

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Functional Analyst with a deep understanding of ERP systems and a passion for translating business needs into functional specifications? Join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes and enhancing system architecture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to refine requirements.
• Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure technical elements such as data models and screen designs are included in specifications (mandatory).
• Support the development and testing phases, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Build functional test cases in collaboration with Business Analysts.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
✔ 6+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes.
✔ Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
✔ Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
✔ Knowledge of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
✔ Fluency in Portuguese & English.

Nice-to-Have:

➕ Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA).
➕ Immediate availability.
