💰 Rate Between €2,800-€3,900 on a permanent contract (not CTI), or between €2,100 and €2,700 on RV

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Work within distributed microservices architectures
- Build and evolve APIs, business workflows, and data models
- Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical decision-making
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Use AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and delivery speed
- Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Work closely with a high-performing engineering team in a fast-moving environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes ecosystems
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in startup environments with changing priorities
- Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- Strong communication skills in English

- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with observability and cloud-native deployment practices
