FRONTEND DEVELOPER - REACT / NODE.JS / NEXT.JS (HYBRID)

 Portuguese company hires for hybrid work

Two positions: One Junior and one Mid-level

Location: Lisbon / Portugal

Work model: Hybrid (2 days per week at the office)

Language Requirements: Portuguese an English (B2+)

Seniority: Junior: 1 a 2 years of experience / Mid : 4+ years of experience 

Sector: Telco

We are looking for Frontend Developers (Junior or Mid) with at least 2 to 4 years of professional experience.

Technical Skills & Relevant Experience / Must be clearly listed on your CV

  • Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Solid understanding of modern rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR) Client-Side Rendering (CSR) Static Site Generation (SSG) Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR)
  • Proven experience with multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends.
  • Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful (a plus).
  • Commitment to web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices in modern web applications.

Soft Skills

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, proactiveness, and critical thinking.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Embraces agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a continuous improvement mindset.
