An international technology-driven project is looking for an experienced Application Consultant – Tech Support to join a highly skilled team supporting critical healthcare imaging environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced PACS solutions, hospital systems, and enterprise-level infrastructures in a fully remote setup.

🚀 Your Main Responsibilities

• Implement and configure PACS solutions within hospital and imaging environments;
• Perform software upgrades, patches, and hotfix deployments while ensuring high system availability;
• Integrate PACS with imaging modalities and RIS/HIS systems using DICOM and HL7 standards;
• Execute validation testing including functional, performance, and post-upgrade checks;
• Ensure data integrity, security, backups, and compliance with healthcare regulations;
• Provide advanced technical support during implementation and post go-live phases;
• Collaborate closely with IT departments and clinical teams;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation related to implementations and support activities.

✅ Required Skills

• Strong experience with SQL and database systems, preferably Oracle;
• Knowledge of XML, .NET, HTML, IIS, and SSL;
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019 environments;
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMWare;
• Good understanding of application implementation, networking environments, and web technologies;
• Excellent communication skills and strong written/spoken English.

• Knowledge of healthcare IT standards such as:
• DICOM
• HL7
• IHE
• Experience with:
• Database administration
• Backup and recovery processes
• Performance tuning
• Shell scripting knowledge;
• Windows operating systems expertise.
