Are you an experienced IT Service Manager ready to take ownership of operational excellence? We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Service and Operational Manager to lead and improve IT services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT operations and ensure service availability in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee incident and change management processes, ensuring swift resolution and documentation.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve service performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and vendors to align IT service delivery with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service processes.
- Maintain clear and accessible documentation for incidents, changes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with external service providers and technology partners to ensure service quality.
🛠 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, particularly in incident, change, and service level management.
- Strong experience managing SLAs and KPIs.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Cherwell, etc.
- Proven ability to lead incident and problem management processes end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Portuguese.
- Availability for rotating shifts, covering 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., weekly rotation.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime during critical system incidents.
