SAP BW DEVELOPER (HYBRID PORTO)

📍 Location: Porto, Portugal

⚠️ Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered

💼 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

🗣️ Language Requirements: English – C1 (Mandatory), Portuguese (Nice to have)

About the Opportunity

A leading international company within the Automotive Technology sector is seeking an experienced SAP BW Developer to join a dynamic and innovative data & analytics team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects focused on SAP BW/4HANA, data modelling, cloud analytics, and modern Data & AI platforms, supporting strategic business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy Corporate IT applications within an SAP BI environment
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and independently deliver solutions
• Create IT architecture documentation and data models aligned with project requirements
• Configure, develop, transport, and optimize SAP BW extractors and applications
• Perform system maintenance, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
• Support enterprise-wide analytics and reporting initiatives

Required Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse
• Strong experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics projects
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and large datasets

• SAP BW/4HANA
• SAP Datasphere
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Analysis for Office (AFO)
• Advanced data modelling
• SAP ERP integration
• ABAP, SQL, and AMDP programming

• Power BI and other BI tools (desirable)
