SALESFORCE FRONT END DEVELOPER (HYBRID)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Front End Developer to drive architectural excellence, scalability, and performance for our Salesforce-based products and solutions. This role requires a strong front-end development background and expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with architecture principles, best practices, and enterprise guidelines in product development.
  • Support solution definition and architectural design, optimizing product performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to design end-to-end technical solutions, translating business requirements into a scalable solution blueprint.
  • Define and recommend target architecture, architectural strategy, and technical roadmaps in coordination with Enterprise Architecture.
  • Oversee integration processes, interface requirements, and technology stack selection based on project constraints and business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise across development tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy.
  • Lead technology evaluations, including "build or buy" decisions, and assess third-party product compatibility.
  • Drive the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, ensuring long-term stability, security, and compliance.
  • Align with Senior Product Owners to prioritize technical features for future development and platform stability.
  • Actively participate in Product Design Forums and Communities of Practice, contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on front-end development.
  • Deep understanding of UX best practices for B2B and e-commerce journeys.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end development frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), including advanced reusability concepts (mixins, inheritance).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and B2B Commerce Lightning / LWR (preferred).
  • Experience working with React and other JavaScript component-based frameworks (strong plus).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, modern security protocols (OAuth 2), and API documentation (Swagger, OpenAPI).
  • Understanding of Salesforce integration best practices (External Services, Mocks).
  • Proven experience in scalable web application development.
  • Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software deployment.
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests and define testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr for project and test management.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
