Portuguese company hires for remote position

📍 Location: Europe (preferably Portugal)

⚠️ Only candidates already based in Europe will be considered

💼 Work Model: 100% Remote

🗣️ Language Requirements: English (B2+ mandatory)

🕓 Seniority: Mid-Level (3-5 years)

💰Rate €3400 - 3700 RV / €2300 - 2600 CTI

💡 About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer with strong experience in ASP.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript to join a fully remote, international team.

This role offers the chance to work on cloud-based SaaS solutions, contributing to the development of scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings to align on priorities, best practices, and deliverables
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
  • Deliver client-facing workshops and training sessions
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality code
  • Ensure quality through manual, unit, and automated testing
  • Support and troubleshoot multiple products and platforms in a dynamic environment

🧠 What You Bring

✔️ Experience

  • 3–5 years in a similar Fullstack Development role

✔️ Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with ASP.NET
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of SaaS environments and cloud-based applications
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and debugging

✔️ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

🤝 Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-product environments

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Finance / S2P (Accounts Payable) processes
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to enterprise software implementations or integrations

⏰ Working Hours

GMT (Portugal) or CET (Spain, France, Germany)
