🔍 What will you do?

• Specify, implement, and oversee strategic digital solutions.
• Manage incidents and ensure the continuity of critical business systems.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies, including Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals.
• Analyze and interpret system documentation and architecture, proposing innovative improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

🎯 What are we looking for?

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects.
• 2+ years of experience in IT project management (preferred).
• Experience in IT helpdesk operations and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of Middleware, CRM, Billing, Apps, and Portals.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English for international collaboration.

• Lisbon | Hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).
