BUSINESS ANALYST - TIBCO / MID (HYBRID)

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in TIBCO EBX to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project scoping phase, including workload estimation for implementation;
• Organize and facilitate business workshops during the design phase;
• Coordinate project activities across technical, release management, and data integration teams;
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Design functional solutions in EBX, including data models, business rules, and process specifications;
• Maintain and update interface agreements as needed;
• Plan, design, and execute functional testing activities;
• Define and manage test plans and execution cycles;
• Provide user support across different phases, including migration, UAT, and integration testing;
• Maintain project documentation and actively participate in steering committees;
• Engage with business users in agile ceremonies to report on progress and ongoing implementation activities.

Key Competencies / Must be clearly listed on your CV

• Strong functional expertise in TIBCO EBX (mandatory);
• Solid knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT Business Analyst role (mandatory).
