Location: Lisbon / Portugal

Work model: Hybrid (3 times per week in Client - Lisboa)

Language Requirements: Portugeuse and English (C1/C2)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and drive excellence in project and service management. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with proven expertise in PMO practices, operational readiness, and service transition.

Qualifications & Experience / Must be clearly listed on your CV

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications (mandatory);
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management (mandatory);
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence;
• Demonstrated ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
