Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing cross-functional software engineering teams in an international environment, promoting collaboration, alignment, and effective communication.
• Leading Nearshore software development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
• Providing technical leadership through strong expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Driving the adoption and integration of AI platforms and development acceleration tools to improve efficiency, innovation, and software quality.
• Applying Specification-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with software engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Mentoring and developing engineering team members, fostering continuous learning, technical excellence, and autonomy.
• Supporting delivery governance, prioritization, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and technical decision-making.
• Contributing to the continuous evolution of engineering practices, Agile collaboration, and team performance.

Education

✔ Bachelor's Degree in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• or a related field

Mandatory Experience

• English C2 (Advanced/Fluent) with excellent communication skills in international environments.
• Proven experience as a Technical Senior Manager, Engineering Manager, or a similar software engineering leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework.
• Experience leading complex international software development projects and working within Nearshore environments.
• Practical experience using AI platforms to accelerate software development processes.
• Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
