DEVOPS ENGINEER – MID (REMOTE PORTUGAL)

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a DevOps professional who enjoys working with infrastructure monitoring, Linux environments, automation, and production support.

You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical telecom platforms while collaborating with international engineering and operations teams in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise telecom monitoring platforms.
• Support production and pre-production environments.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize OpenNMS and Centreon monitoring solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and platform incidents.
• Administer Red Hat Linux environments and related services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with French operational, engineering, and support teams.
• Participate in deployments, platform upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Promote DevOps best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with OpenNMS (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Centreon (Mandatory)
• Experience with Network Monitoring Management (NMM) (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Linux Red Hat
• Professional proficiency in French
• Professional proficiency in English

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or Production Support.

• Ability to communicate effectively in French within an international team.
