Sobre Nós

Welcome to iTRTech — where talent and AI work together to solve real business problems.

We help companies grow with more efficiency, better decisions and stronger teams by combining the right people with applied AI.

We believe technology should never replace people — it should empower them.

That’s why we focus on automating repetitive, low-value tasks while keeping humans at the center of strategy, decision-making, and relationships.

Our approach is simple:
→ Automate what doesn’t need to be human
→ Empower what truly does

🔹 Talent Solutions
Through iTRecruiter - www.itrecruiter.tech and ALLRecruiter -www.allrecruiter.tech, we connect companies with the right professionals across Tech, SAP, and other key business areas — combining AI-driven processes with human expertise to ensure speed and precision.

🔹 AI & Automation
With AiVA - www.aiva-apps.com, we design and deploy AI assistants and copilots that streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve productivity — without losing the human touch.

One example is Júlia - www.julia.aiva-apps.com, our AI time management assistant, which automates timesheet tracking via voice or tex — reducing administrative effort, minimizing errors, and preventing revenue loss.

🔹 SAP Focus
Through SyRA - www.syra-sap.com , we support SAP ecosystems with a unique combination of specialized talent and AI copilots, accelerating transformations while reducing cost and risk.

🔹 Community & Talent Network
We engage and grow a strong network of professionals across Brazil and Portugal — because great companies are built with great people.

⚙️ What makes us different?
We don’t see AI and people as opposites.

We combine both to create smarter, more human, and more efficient businesses.

✔ Faster hiring
✔ Lower operational workload
✔ Better use of human potential

We don’t automate people.
We automate tasks — so people can focus on what truly matters.

🚀 At iTRTech, the future of work is not human vs AI. It’s human PLUS AI!
