About the Opportunity
You will lead data-analysis initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to turn large and complex datasets into insights, dashboards and measurable business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
- Develop data queries, models and datasets using cloud technologies.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports and business KPIs in Power BI.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, validation and documentation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support analytics, reporting and data-governance best practices.
- Work with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data warehouses.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least eight years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Python for data analysis and preparation, using Pandas, PySpark or equivalent technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of data modelling, KPIs and business metrics.
- Understanding of descriptive statistics, trend analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with large-scale data environments and cloud data warehouses.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Academic background in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Availability to work remotely from South America.

- Azure or AWS.
- Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Git and version-control practices.
- Data pipelines and CI/CD concepts.
- Data governance and data-quality practices.
The Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in SQL, Python and Power BI with the ability to understand business needs and communicate insights clearly.
You are proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of analytical initiatives, working independently and collaborating with stakeholders from different areas and countries.
