About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Stibo STEP Business Analyst to support product information management initiatives in the Automotive Tech sector. You will translate business needs into system configurations, improve product data quality, and support integrations across enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, understand processes and pain points, and document functional requirements and user stories, including for Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Stibo STEP workflows, data models, business rules, attributes, and data governance settings.
- Define product data quality and compliance standards, monitoring and validating data integrity within the PIM system.
- Collaborate with IT teams on integrations with ERP, e-commerce, and other systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and synchronization.
- Prepare test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
- Create user guides, deliver training, and identify opportunities to improve PIM processes and system performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo STEP Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Product Information Management Systems and Stibo STEP data modeling, workflows, and business rules.
- Experience in data governance and translating complex business processes into system configurations.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, product development processes, and multichannel publishing.
- Understanding of APIs and ETL processes for integrations between PIM, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
- Basic SQL for data validation and knowledge of XML/JSON for data exchange.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Talend, or SAP CPI.
- Fluent English; Stibo STEP and Business Analysis certifications are desirable.
