📍 Location: Porto, Portugal

💼 Work Model: Hybrid — one day onsite per week

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer to design, develop and enhance solutions supporting academy training and booking processes.
You will work across the complete Salesforce delivery lifecycle, from gathering business requirements and designing solutions to development, configuration, integration, deployment and continuous improvement.
The role involves close collaboration with international business and technical teams across Europe, India and the United States. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong Salesforce development expertise with an analytical, collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Salesforce solutions supporting academy training and booking processes.
- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
- Design, implement, test and deploy Salesforce customisations.
- Configure objects, fields, relationships, security settings, validation rules, flows and reports.
- Develop backend logic using Apex classes and triggers.
- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
- Customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Design and maintain integrations with external platforms and enterprise systems.
- Develop and consume REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs.
- Support Docebo LMS integration and API development.
- Implement data synchronisation and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as SAP, Stripe and other external systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot integration, configuration and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, ERP teams and external vendors.
- Contribute to user-centric process optimisation and an improved customer experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Consultant/Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including:
- Objects, fields and relationships;
- Security model;
- Workflows and automation;
- Validation rules;
- Reports and dashboards.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customisation.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, particularly community portals.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, including classes and triggers.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP and Bulk APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Knowledge of version control using Git.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Availability to work onsite in Porto once per week.
Highly Valued Experience
- Docebo LMS integration and API development.
- Integration middleware such as MuleSoft.
- ETL tools such as Talend.
- SAP integration.
- Stripe or other payment gateway integrations.
- Subscription, billing or Revenue Cloud processes.
- Data synchronisation and process automation.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and globally distributed teams.

You can work autonomously across requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, integration and deployment while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
You are analytical, organised and customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and the adaptability required to manage evolving priorities, multiple deadlines and complex technical dependencies.
