ESPECIALISTA EM HUBSPOT MARKETING AUTOMATION (HYBRID LISBON)

Portuguese Company Hiring for a Hybrid Position

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal – 3 days per week at the client’s office

⚠ Important: Candidates must already be based in Portugal.

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid

🌍 Language Requirements: Portuguese (mandatory) and Fluent English

⏱️ Experience Level: Senior (5–7 years)

💲 Contract Type: B2B

💰 Rate: €2,000 – €2,300 (RV) (valor bruto)

🚀 About the Opportunity

We are looking for a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist with strong strategic capabilities and proven experience in dynamic digital environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a challenging project where you will lead marketing automation initiatives and contribute directly to the growth and efficiency of business operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing automation tools.
  • Create and manage workflows, lead scoring models, and contact segmentation strategies.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and create reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategic alignment.

🎯 Desired Profile

  • Solid experience (5–7 years) in Marketing Automation using HubSpot.
  • Advanced knowledge of workflows, segmentation, and integrations.
  • HubSpot certifications are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High level of autonomy and strategic thinking.
  • Previous experience in similar projects.
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent English.
