Lead the delivery of data initiatives that turn business priorities into results

We are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Lead to drive strategic data and analytics initiatives from planning through delivery.

You will bring together engineering, architecture, quality assurance, and business teams, connecting technical execution with business goals. This is an opportunity to shape delivery practices, support cloud platform modernization, and help global teams deliver reliable, well-governed data solutions.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic data and analytics projects, programs, or products.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Data Engineering, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and business functions.
• Define and track roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies across teams, platforms, and initiatives.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and data governance requirements.
• Act as a key connection between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Facilitate decisions that align business priorities, architectural direction, and technical execution.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure teams have clear deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress, quality, delivery predictability, and outcomes, providing clear executive updates.
• Support data platform modernization, migration, transformation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Work with architects and engineers to assess technical options, impacts, and risks.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, data quality, and governance requirements.
• Strengthen collaboration across global teams and improve delivery processes through DataOps and automation.

• Identify opportunities to optimize data processes, platforms, and delivery models.

• Support the resolution of delivery blockers and escalate critical issues when needed.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, architecture, quality, and business.
• Experience managing data projects, programs, or products throughout their full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong skills in roadmap planning, scope management, scheduling, and managing risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Practical knowledge of modern data architectures, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lakehouse platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data technologies.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and Data Engineering platforms.
• Experience with governance, quality, security, and controls throughout the data lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience using delivery management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• The ability to connect business priorities, architecture decisions, and technical execution.
• Experience working with global delivery models and distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on results.

• Financial Services, including Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, FinTech, or Insurance.
• Data platform modernization, migration, and digital transformation projects.
• AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Spark.
• Delivery experience involving Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, or Lakehouse architectures.
• DataOps practices.
• Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks and processes.
• Executive reporting and participation in governance forums.
