The Professional We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager with strong technical knowledge and extensive experience leading software products throughout their complete lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines product vision with technical understanding, collaborates closely with engineering teams, prioritizes business value, and drives data-informed decision-making while influencing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.

You should be comfortable working in international environments, communicating with both technical and business audiences, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Defining and managing the product roadmap, aligning business priorities with strategic objectives.
• Translating business needs into functional requirements, technical specifications, and clear user stories.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Business teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Leading the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through launch and continuous evolution.
• Prioritizing the product backlog while balancing scope, timelines, quality, and business value.
• Ensuring products are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with software engineering best practices.
• Defining and monitoring product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Driving product decisions based on data and measurable evidence.
• Acting as the primary bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, automation, and cloud platforms.
• Supporting product launch, communication, and stakeholder adoption initiatives.

Education

✔ Bachelor's Degree in:
