Portuguese company hires for hybrid position
📍 Location: Oeiras / Lisbon, Portugal
⚠️ Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered
💼 Work Model: Hybrid — 2 days onsite per week

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a QA Functional Tester to join an Energy sector project, focusing on test execution, requirements validation, and technical support for quality assurance activities. You will contribute to defect identification and analysis, helping the team monitor and improve software quality.
Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, validating functionality against requirements.
- Analyze functional requirements and support test prioritization.
- Provide technical support for testing activities and help the team resolve testing issues.
- Perform API testing and execute tests in virtual environments.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects in collaboration with the team.
- Report and monitor quality and testing metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in QA/Testing.
- SQL knowledge — mandatory.
- Practical experience in API testing — mandatory.
- Experience analyzing and validating functional requirements.
- Experience executing tests in virtual environments.
- Fluent Portuguese and English at B2+ level, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work onsite 2 days per week in Oeiras / Lisbon.
- ISTQB Foundation certification and Spanish language skills are advantageous.
