About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Autonomous Network Transformation Lead to coordinate the transformation journey between a telecommunications organization and its delivery partner. You will translate operational challenges into prioritized use cases, build business cases, and drive initiatives from pilot execution to industrialization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Autonomous Network leadership to define and execute the roadmap, assess operational maturity, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Work with NOC, Operations, Assurance, and Engineering teams to identify manual activities and build business cases for AI-driven operations and closed-loop automation.
- Lead workshops and co-create use cases covering Autonomous Operations, Network Digital Twin, Service Assurance, AIOps, Predictive Maintenance, Closed-loop Automation, and AI-RAN.
- Coordinate Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Telecom specialists, maintaining alignment between business, operational, and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering meetings and executive reviews, define pilot scopes and success criteria, and coordinate implementation teams.
- Track KPIs and business outcomes, accelerate adoption, and scale successful pilots into broader transformation programs.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in telecommunications network operations and operational transformation.
- Ability to assess operational maturity and support Autonomous Network roadmaps aligned with maturity models.
- Knowledge of network automation, AI-driven operations, and closed-loop approaches.
- Ability to identify and prioritize use cases, develop business cases, and define measurable success criteria.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, facilitating workshops, and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to oversee pilots, monitor outcomes, and support industrialization.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
