Drive Enterprise Data Replication Across Modern Data Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Replicate Specialist to implement, support, and optimize enterprise data replication solutions for international projects.

In this role, you will ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance data replication across heterogeneous environments while collaborating with Data Engineering, BI, Development, and DBA teams to maintain data availability, integrity, and operational excellence.

The Professional We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Integration Specialist with extensive expertise in Qlik Replicate, Change Data Capture (CDC), enterprise data replication, and relational database technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and excellent collaboration abilities to support critical production environments and continuously optimize replication performance.

You should be comfortable working with international teams and mission-critical enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing, configuring, and supporting Qlik Replicate solutions.
• Ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable data replication across heterogeneous environments.
• Monitoring replication jobs and proactively resolving operational issues.
• Optimizing replication performance and platform efficiency.
• Troubleshooting replication issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Supporting Change Data Capture (CDC) implementations.
• Collaborating closely with Data Engineering, BI, Development, and DBA teams.
• Documenting replication architectures, configurations, operational procedures, and technical best practices.
• Participating in international projects with globally distributed teams.
• Ensuring data availability, integrity, security, and compliance.

Education

✔ Bachelor's Degree in:

• Proven experience in Data Engineering or Data Integration.
