Lead the Next Generation of Enterprise Java Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of mission-critical enterprise applications within a global Financial Services environment.

In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding engineering teams, defining software architecture standards, and delivering scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions using modern Java technologies.

The Professional We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced software engineering leader with deep expertise in enterprise Java development, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on software engineering experience with architectural vision, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving engineering excellence across large-scale enterprise environments.

You should be comfortable making strategic technical decisions while actively contributing to software development and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java as the primary technology.
• Developing solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, AWS, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL within a Financial Services environment.
• Providing hands-on technical leadership, guiding engineers, and supporting critical technical decisions.
• Driving software architecture decisions and defining engineering standards for resilient and efficient solutions.
• Mentoring engineering team members, promoting technical growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Designing and optimizing event-driven architectures focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Supporting cloud-native deployments and modern DevOps engineering practices.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Applying Prompt Engineering knowledge to support AI-enabled initiatives and modern software engineering practices.
• Ensuring the highest standards of software quality, security, scalability, and operational excellence across business-critical platforms.

Education

✔ Bachelor's Degree in:
