📍 Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Cloud Specialist with strong AWS and DevOps experience to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud environments. You will improve automation, reliability, security, and cost efficiency while collaborating closely with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or Go.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads, including EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Monitor cloud environments and enforce security practices covering IAM, network security, and compliance frameworks.
- Improve DevOps workflows with development teams and drive cloud cost optimization through FinOps practices.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of relevant experience, with proven experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer using AWS.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code knowledge using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access control.
- Experience with observability and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Datadog.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go, and experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Preferred: AWS certifications, Service Mesh experience with Istio or Linkerd, AWS Lambda/serverless knowledge, and a strong FinOps background.
