Lead Enterprise Integration Solutions for Mission-Critical Financial Systems

We are looking for an experienced Integration Tech Lead to design, implement, and evolve enterprise integration platforms supporting large-scale Financial Services environments.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and implementation of API-driven integration solutions using IBM API Connect (APIC) and AWS, define enterprise integration standards, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to the modernization of mission-critical cloud platforms.

The Professional We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Technical Leader with extensive expertise in enterprise integration architecture, IBM API Connect (APIC), cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering experience, helping organizations build secure, scalable, high-availability integration platforms while mentoring globally distributed teams and driving enterprise architecture decisions.

You should be comfortable working in complex Financial Services environments and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions.
• Defining architectural standards for APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Acting as the technical reference for globally distributed engineering teams.
• Ensuring scalability, performance, availability, and security of integration platforms.
• Designing and managing solutions using IBM API Connect (APIC) and IBM SaaS on AWS.
• Leading integration initiatives involving mission-critical business systems.
• Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentoring developers and integration engineers.
• Troubleshooting complex enterprise integration environments.
• Supporting API Governance strategies and integration lifecycle management.
• Contributing to cloud architecture strategy and technology modernization initiatives.
• Supporting highly available Financial Services environments.

Education

✔ Bachelor's Degree in:

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Computer Engineering
• or a related field

Mandatory Experience

• Fluent English.
• Proven experience in Technical Leadership.
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects.
• Deep expertise with IBM API Connect (APIC).
• Hands-on experience with IBM SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience with AWS.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture.
• Experience with Distributed Systems.
• Knowledge of Messaging Solutions and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience within Financial Services environments.
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in complex, mission-critical enterprise environments.

Desired Certifications

The following certifications will be considered a strong advantage:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
• IBM API Connect Certifications.
• IBM Integration Certifications.
• AWS Developer Certification.
• AWS DevOps Engineer Certification.
• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certifications.
