About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior CyberArk Subject Matter Expert to lead the engineering, customisation, automation, and continuous evolution of a complex enterprise Privileged Access Management environment.

You will combine hands-on platform expertise with technical leadership, supporting secure privileged access, service accounts, non-human identities, and secrets management. The role also involves enterprise integrations, application onboarding, production support, and automation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CyberArk specialist who enjoys solving complex problems and improving platform security, scalability, stability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the CyberArk Subject Matter Expert for platform engineering and technical initiatives;
• Administer and support CyberArk EPV/Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and Conjur;
• Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management and secrets-management solutions;
• Support privileged accounts, service accounts, and non-human identities;
• Integrate CyberArk with ServiceNow, Active Directory, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications;
• Develop automations using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies;
• Create, customise, and troubleshoot CPM and PSM connectors, custom platforms, and WebApps;
• Support AutoIt and Process & Prompts configurations when required;
• Onboard applications, privileged accounts, service accounts, and corporate integrations;
• Administer privileged-session monitoring, isolation, and recording capabilities;
• Provide production support and resolve complex platform incidents;
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions;
• Improve platform stability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency;
• Maintain technical documentation and share platform knowledge.

Essential Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience as a CyberArk engineer or Subject Matter Expert;
• Strong knowledge of core CyberArk components, particularly Vault/EPV, PVWA, CPM, and PSM;
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and privileged-account administration;
• Familiarity with service accounts, non-human identities, or secrets management;
• Experience integrating CyberArk with corporate systems;
• Practical automation or scripting experience using REST APIs, PowerShell, or Python;
• Experience with CyberArk connectors, custom platforms, or application onboarding;
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills;
• Advanced or fluent English at C1/C2 level for international client communication;
• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

Candidates are not expected to have deep expertise in every item below, but experience with some of these areas will be valuable:

• CyberArk PSMP or Conjur;
• ServiceNow and Active Directory integrations;
• Cloud-platform integrations;
• CPM or PSM connector development;

• Session isolation, monitoring, and recording;
• Secrets management and non-human identity security;
• Complex, large-scale CyberArk environments.

• Work independently while collaborating with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams.
