AGILE MASTER (HYBRID PORTO)
Portuguese company hires for hybrid position
📍 Location: Porto, Portugal
⚠️ Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered
💼 Work Model: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office
🗣️ Language Requirements: Fluent English required
🕓 Seniority: Mid-level (3+ years) (as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile coaching role)
💲Rate Between €2500 - 2800 RV (gross value)

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Agile Master to coach software delivery teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Resolve delivery impediments and promote team collaboration.
- Track delivery metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Understanding of software delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, and TDD.
- Experience with Agile metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
- Fluent English and availability for the hybrid model in Porto.
- Preferred: PSM I or other Agile certifications.
