About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead complex international service projects, supporting the transition from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Service Cloud. You will align business, architecture, and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM service projects from initial analysis through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare, managing scope, timelines, quality, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate processes, and support decision-making.
- Analyze existing Microsoft Dynamics service processes and help define target workflows in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, managing delivery through Azure DevOps using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Maintain project documentation, including process flows, requirements, decision logs, and release notes, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinate test scenarios, UAT, defect handling, go-live readiness, and change management compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership of complex international CRM programs.
- Strong understanding of CRM service processes: case management, SLAs, knowledge management, and ticketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, service process design, and core CRM configuration concepts.
- Practical Azure DevOps experience for backlog, sprint, and work-item management.
- Experience guiding distributed teams through agile adoption, building agile maturity, and implementing velocity, burndown, and WIP reporting.
- Ability to create functional specifications, model processes using BPMN or flow diagrams, and support testing activities.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data migration workflows, and interfaces; proficiency with project tools such as MS Office and Confluence.
- Fluent English, strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.
Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service workflows, process structures, and data flows.
