JUNIOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (SAP EWM) (HYBRID PORTO)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid position

📍 Location: Porto / Gaia, Portugal

⚠️ Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered

💼 Work Model: Hybrid — 1 day onsite per week

🗣️ Language Requirements: English B2 required | C1 preferred

🕓 Seniority: Júnior (1.5 years)

💲Rate Between €1700 - 2000 RV (gross value)

About the opportunity

Ready to develop your career at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology?

Join a project in the Automotive Tech sector where you will help improve material flows, support SAP EWM and other supply chain IT implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to apply your technical and functional knowledge to practical operational challenges.

What will you do?

• Contribute to Supply Chain Management projects.
• Support the definition and implementation of SCM standards.
• Assist with system development and the implementation of SCM-related IT solutions.
• Help implement operational excellence and continuous improvement processes within SCM.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain the benefits database, and facilitate the definition and sharing of best practices.
• Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs).

What are we looking for?

• At least 1.5 years of relevant professional experience.
• SAP EWM knowledge covering outbound processes, internal processes, and interfaces with automated conveyor systems.
• Experience in global material flow management, related processes, and system rollouts.
• Project management experience and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen.
• Experience in change management and consultancy.
• Change management and conflict management skills.
• A creative mindset and openness to new approaches.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, with C1 preferred.
• Availability to work onsite in Porto / Gaia once a week.

You are an early-career professional with relevant supply chain experience and a foundation in SAP EWM. You understand how material flows, warehouse processes, and IT systems connect, and you enjoy identifying practical improvements.
