About the Opportunity
We are looking for an OSS Architect to lead the design, evolution and implementation of Operations Support Systems in complex telecommunications environments.
You will define architecture strategies that support service fulfilment, service assurance and orchestration, working closely with business stakeholders, network engineering, operations teams and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve OSS architectures aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of OSS platforms and their integration with BSS and network domains.
- Support service fulfilment, inventory management, orchestration, ITSM and SLA management.
- Improve service assurance capabilities, including monitoring, analytics, fault management and service quality.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational optimisation.
- Coordinate solution delivery with vendors, system integrators and internal teams.
- Support testing, acceptance and operational readiness.
- Maintain architecture documentation, solution designs and technical guidelines.
- Contribute to telecom transformation and modernisation programmes.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience in OSS architecture, solution design and implementation within telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of telecom operational processes and service lifecycle management.
- Experience with service fulfilment, service assurance, network inventory, orchestration and ITSM platforms.
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS integration architectures and operational models.
- Experience delivering large-scale system integrations in multi-vendor environments.
- Knowledge of system performance optimisation.
- Experience producing HLD, LLD and solution design documentation.
- Knowledge of TM Forum eTOM, SID and Open APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Availability for business travel and assignments in Sweden lasting up to 3 months.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Participation in telecom transformation programmes.
