About the Opportunity

Lead testing initiatives supporting a major North American Wealth & Asset Management organization. You will shape test strategy and ensure the quality and stability of technology solutions in complex, large-scale enterprise environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and lead test strategies for technology projects and programs.
• Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT.
• Coordinate QA teams, oversee test cycles, and mentor team members in their technical and professional development.
• Identify quality risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers.
• Monitor quality metrics, track defects through resolution, and communicate testing progress.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support release validation and deployment activities.
• Implement quality governance and regulatory compliance processes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Test Management, or a related field.
• Advanced English for communication in a global environment.
• Strong experience defining test strategies for complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading and coordinating testing teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with defect management, test execution, and executive reporting.
• Practical knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience validating releases and supporting deployment processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary development, architecture, and product teams.

Ideal Profile

A QA leader who combines strategic test planning with practical automation knowledge. You can guide teams through complex test cycles, communicate quality risks clearly, and work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable releases.
