🎯 What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support – playing a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations. You will:

  • Deliver first-level support, aiming to resolve incidents quickly using knowledge bases, SOPs, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Respond to user inquiries, ask clarifying questions, and collect detailed information to ensure accurate issue resolution.
  • Guide users through standard services, providing advice, information, and assistance based on the service catalog.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in line with SLA targets and defined priorities.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and contribute to ongoing problem management efforts.

🧠 Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Basic experience with SQL
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Customer-focused attitude with great analytical thinking and attention to detail
