ALLRecruiter is part of the iTRTech Group - a Talent Acquisition Startup born in Portugal and now also in Brazil. Our AI platform, however, allows us to search for professionals anywhere in the world. 

In our road map to expansion, we are searching for Business Development Representative to help in identifying business opportunities and building strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential business opportunities and trends.

- Prepare and deliver business proposals to potential clients.

- Be ready to do cold calls and establish a connection with a customer on any type of event.

- Assist in identifying new market opportunities for the company's services.

- Follow up on opportunities and nurture open opportunities.

- Develop entry strategies for new markets implementation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field (on going will be considered).

- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus.

- Knowledge of market dynamics and business strategy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good English, spoken and written. Other languages is a plus. 

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information

- You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that is leading our growth. 

- To connect with customers, it is expected, after training, that you visit customers.

- You must live in Portugal. Remote work.
